Sushi boat is a serving dish used in Japan to serve sushi or other appetizers.

Assembles as a two piece (top and bottom layer boat)

In the bottom layer boat, place your ice to keep sushi cool. On the top layer boat, serve your sushi or sashimi with wasabi and pickled ginger.

Designed with black background and gold and burgundy waves

Made of strong and durable plastic lacquer

Measures 18" long x 7 1/2" wide x 6" high

To care for sushi boat, simply handwash with mild soapy water.  Dishwasher not recommended!
