Sushi Mold Kit Futomaki

Making sushi is fun and easy once you get the hang of it. With the Japanese Sushi Futomaki Mold, you can now make homemade sushi at home. Futomaki is often vegetarian, but may also include non-vegetarian toppings such as chopped tuna or salmon.

• Prepare sushi rice and allow to cool in sushi rice tub, hingari, or wood bowl
• Cut up your favorite fillings into slices, such as avocado, cooked egg strips, spinach leaf, yellow pickled radish
• Place sushi rice into mold, place into rectangle box
• Insert filling ingredients on top of the sushi rice in long strips
• Place sushi rice on top of the fillings
• Put the press lid on top of the sushi rice and press down
• Turn upside down and remove the rectangle box
• Prepare nori seaweed
• Place nori on top of bamboo mat
• Place sushi mold on top of nori and roll gently into tube
• Cut up and serve!
