TIP: It is recommended that you choose dark, hard winter, or spring wheat with 12% or higher protein content that is clean and high grade.

Important Note for Gluten Intolerant Persons: Before shipping, each grain mill is test grinded with some wheat to ensure that it is functioning properly. If you are gluten intolerant, please email me and let me know so that your grain mill can be tested with an alternate grain such as rice.
