Do you accept checks or money orders?

Yes, we accept checks and money orders, so long as they are US based. Once the check or money order is received, please allow up to 5 days for item to be shipped out. We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and PAYPAL.

Will I pay sales tax?

Orders shipping to addresses in Texas are subject to Texas state sales tax.

Can I make changes to my order?

Orders are processed when received. We generally ship out items within 24 hours, so it is important to make your change immediately and/or within 3 hours after an order has been made. To make a change, please call us immediately at 800-903-5162. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Oak Canopy Exchange only ships products within the USA, Canada, and Australia. If you are an international buyer and you see something of interest that you would like to purchase, we may be able to accommodate you. Please email us at info@oakcanopy.com with the product and model # you are interested in purchasing and we can provide you with a shipping estimate and expected delivery time. All international deliveries will be made via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail Guaranteed to ensure quick and guaranteed delivery with confirmation tracking.


What does "ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING" mean?

This means that the item you are interested in purchasing will be shipped to you free of charge. There will be no additional shipping and handling or hidden charges. All of our items noted as "Free Shipping" will be shipped via UPS Ground. The only exception to the Free Shipping rule is if you as a buyer choose an expedited delivery of your item. For example, if you choose UPS 3 Day Select or UPS Next Day Air Saver, then you will need to pay the additional cost for shipping and handling for the expedited delivery service.

Canadian Buyers: Products that are marked "FREE SHIPPING" only apply to orders within the USA. Additional charges may be requested after the purchase is made. Please note that all shipping charges are exact based on priority mail estimates. You will always have the option of cancelling the order if you like.

Do you offer rush delivery?

Yes, for an additional charge, you can choose UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select. We also offer Express Mail Guarantee as well as USPS Priority Mail.

Do you sell items in bulk?

Absolutely! Please let us know if you are interested in purchasing more than 4 of a particular item and we would be happy to quote you the bulk discount and combined shipping price. You may email us regarding bulk orders at info@oakcanopy.com We appreciate your business.
