Cheesecloth can simply be handwashed thoroughly without soap, air dried, and reused again.
How to use:
Simple and easy to use. After soymilk is made in the Soyabella, put required amount of culture into soymilk to activate, place soy curds into tofu box over cheesecloth and press tofu press down onto soy curd into the tofu box. Drain water or liquid from tofu box so that tofu can solidify. Within minutes you will have a firm rectangle tofu.
What to do with the leftover soy juice?
Leftover soy juice drained from the tofu can be captured in a bowl and used as a soup base. Add your favorite vegetables and spices and you can have a wonderful soup for your next meal. |

It's a small tofu press and good for single size only. I decided to buy the Soyajoy tofu press instead and am pleased with the size of that one.
