FREE SHIPPING WITHIN USA ONLY
Free shpping on select items is offered within USA.  Items marked Free Shipping will not be charged shipping or handling charges.  Items typically ship out USPS Priority Mail if it weighs less than 5 pounds, otherwise, they are shipped via UPS Ground. 
 
CANADA & AUSTRALIA CUSTOMERS 

Canadian Buyers:  We prefer to ship items to Canada via USPS Priority Mail to offset the cost of duties, taxes, and fees.  This is a real cost saver to you and the item arrives much quicker. 

Please note that if delivery is made via UPS Standard to Canada, UPS and your local Customs Office will collect Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage fees from you in the form of a C.O.D. when the package is delivered. These fees are in addition to the cost of shipping and must be paid by you before UPS will leave the package. We do not have a way to know exactly what the COD charges are because they are based upon where the order ships to and what is shipped. If you would like a package delivered via USPS Priority Mail, please let us know.
 
Australian Buyers:  We will always ship items to Australia via USPS Priority Mail.  This will guarantee that the package arrive to you with a delivery confirmation tracking number and arrival within 6-10 business days.  Please also note that there may be separate charges such as duties, taxes, and fees that are assessed by your local Customs Office. 
 
OTHER INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
We will always ship to other international countries via USPS Priority Mail to ensure that the product arrives with delivery confirmation tracking number, within 6-10 business days, and insured.  Please email us if there is an item of interest and we can provide you with a shipping quote. 
 
USING PAYPAL OR EXPRESS CHECKOUT
Paypal Users: We prefer to ship to confirmed paypal addresses only. It is encouraged that all users have a confirmed address to ensure that shipments are accurately delivered.  
 
Using paypal is one of the most safest and easiest ways to pay.  OakCanopy.com is Paypal Verified, as a result, your transactions are safe.  When you enter into the paypal portal, you will see our logo on top to ensure that you are making a transaction with OakCanopy.com.  Paypal processes all of your transactions.  We do not see any information being transmitted.
 
Using paypal express allows you to make purchases with your credit card, gift card, e-check, and more.  You do not need a paypal account to use express checkout.

SUPER FAST SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our shipping is SUPER FAST! We ship products within 24-48 hours after payment has been made. All items will be packaged well to ensure safe and quick delivery by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground and will be shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance. At times, items valued at $150 or above will require signature delivery confirmation.
 
Overnight or Express Delivery: If you need the item quicker, we offer quick and affordable ways for you to receive your item. Simply choose 1-2 day delivery when you checkout or email us for an expedited shipping cost.
ORDERING IN BULK

Combined Shipping for Multiple Items: When purchasing multiple items, our system automatically calculates and combines your shipment to provide you with the lowest shipping rate.
RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if by chance you are not completely satisfied with the product and feel the urge to return it, please notify us by email within 14 days of receipt of the item to make arrangements for return, replacement, or refund.

Conditions for returns: If an item is damaged in transit, defective or does not work, please contact us via email and give us details and we will work with you regarding a replacement or refund. Packages that have not been opened and remains sealed in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of the original invoice date for a refund. Unfortunately, items that have been opened and used are not returnable nor refundable. However, most manufacturers offer a satisfaction guarantee. Please read the warranty card that comes with your product and contact the manufacturer customer service phone # for more details on warranty, replacements, or refunds.

Please note that we cannot accept returns without a return authorization number. Upon notifying us, you will receive a return authorization number with specific return instructions. Once the item is received, you will receive an immediate refund credited to your account. Please note any item returned to us without a return authorization number will not be refunded.  For larger items, we may charge a 15% restocking fee or $20.00 to cover the cost of transaction fees and restocking of returned merchandise.
