The four strains of yogurt cultures found in the Yolife Yogurt Starter Culture were specially chosen for their health effects. It’s a great way to start the day and/or have a nutritious snack during the day.

Important Tips:

• For optimum performance, place culture bottle in freezer for up to 1 year and in the refrigerator up to 6 months.

• Generally 1/4 tsp (1 gram) is added to 1 liter of milk
• Whole milk of course yields creamier yogurts, but soymilk is just as great.
